Nad Al Sheba Villa

This modern take on the play of volumes in traditional Emirati architecture provides our client with a design that maximizes natural light, views, and open space.

Roof parapets were kept to the absolute minimum to maintain the horizontal massing of the villa and maintain its proportion to the ground plane accented by a colonnade that provides some shading, and frames the living spaces.

The interior of home draws on the architectural elements of the exterior, continuing the horizontal concept from the façade. The light color palette allows natural light to merge with the space, providing a simultaneous sense of cool and warm.

Located in Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, the project is on schedule to start construction during the first quarter of 2022.
