Private Villa

Introducing our exquisite Bahrain Villa a 1,200 sq.m. single-story residence recently granted final approval. Designed for a young family, this villa is thoughtfully divided into five independent blocks: a private block of the formal area, a block with bedrooms, a guest house, a master block with bedrooms, and a formal majlis.

The design features minimal white volumes for each block, complemented by wooden canopies and natural materials. The building is centered around a pool, creating a cozy courtyard that connects all the blocks.The family living space is oriented towards a central pool, the house’s main feature, creating a court-like setting. Every room in the privateblock offers serene views of the pool, particularly breathtaking at sunset.

The main block serves as the primary arrival area, housing the family living area with a show kitchen and family dining area, all with open views of the pool. A distinctive element of this project is the landscape concept. By incorporating a selection of Mediterranean plants, the design adds a fresh and vibrant dimension to Bahrain’s desert landscape, enhancing the villa’s aesthetic appeal and providing a unique living experience. This villa seamlessly blends elegance and comfort, offering the perfect home for modern family living.
